No Rubbish Allowed on Site
Our industrial storage site is not equipped to accommodate rubbish of any kind.
- External Disposal Required: All waste generated by your activities must be disposed of at an external facility.
- Rubbish Skip Restrictions: The rubbish skips located on our premises are for site maintenance only and are not for public or customer use.
- Yard Cleanliness: Any rubbish found left in the yard will be disposed of immediately. The individual responsible for leaving waste will face disciplinary action and / or a fine.
Storage Requirements
To maintain site safety and professional standards, the yard must remain clear of all personal and business items.
- Internal Storage Only: All items must be kept strictly inside your designated storage containers.
- Daily Fines: Any items seen left outside a container will result in a daily fine applied to the owner’s account until the area is cleared.
- Safety First: Items left in common areas create trip hazards and can obstruct emergency access or the movement of large vehicles.
