Bringing External Loaders?
Know the Risks We understand some customers may choose to bring their own external loading teams. Please be advised that if you do so, it is at your own risk.
- EA and Global Compliance: All containers must be loaded in strict accordance with Environment Agency (EA) regulations.
- Strict Standards: Every shipping line and destination country has its own unique and rigorous standards for cargo distribution, weight verification, and safety.
- Professional Responsibility: External loaders may not be familiar with these specific international requirements. However, they are still legally required to meet them if they are loading within Sam’s Yard.
Safety and Cleanliness
A tidy yard is a safe yard. All loaders—internal and external—must follow our waste management policy. No rubbish is to be left in the common areas, and all sites must be cleared after loading is complete.We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Sam’s Yard a premier facility for container shipping.
